Over 20 years ago, I experienced chronic pain and mobility issues, struggling to walk properly for a long time.

This was the result of unhealthy habits, including drinking, smoking, binge eating, and excessive exercise, leading to a significant deterioration in my health as a woman in my 20s.

The impact was so bad that I faced joint pain challenges daily, finding it nearly impossible to even lift my head off my pillow or walk the short 50 meters to the nearest mall for food.

I spent a ton of money going to doctors and trying all kinds of treatments, yet found no relief from my chronic pain.

I was told that I had incurable premature degeneration and that I had to depend on drugs and consider surgery if I wanted to feel better.

But the thought of burdening my body with drugs and going under the knife terrified me.

At that time, I had a career in the bank. I was successful, had my dream apartment, and got people around who loved me - but I could not enjoy any of those because I lost my mobility.

I lost my energy, and worst of all, I lost my confidence in myself and life.

This experience made me realize the need for effective natural pain management for women and holistic health solutions that could address such conditions without invasive methods.

So I refused to give up and I started seeking alternative healing.

I quit my banking job and traveled to various countries to train under different masters.

I sought knowledge and got myself certified in living foods, nutrition, yoga, aquatic yoga, pilates, energy medicine, and movement therapy.

With the knowledge I gained, I revamped my diet entirely and created a system of practices using aqua therapy for joint pain and land-based exercises to reduce inflammation and heal naturally.

AND within a year, I restored my mobility. I could even run again!

My learning and discovery didn’t stop there. I went on to study Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, and Ayurveda and refined my method over the last 14 years.

Using this method, I’ve helped hundreds of women heal from pain and regain mobility and strength.
